Agreement to terms

  1. By accessing or using RobotList (the "Service") at robotlist.one, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
  2. We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Service description

  1. RobotList is an early-access site for a robotics marketplace we're building. Right now, you can join our waitlist to be notified when we launch, and browse previews of the kind of shopping experience we're working on. Any product listings, prices, or shop previews you see today are illustrative examples. Shopping and checkout are not live yet.
  2. We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we don't guarantee it will always be available without interruption.

Waitlist and preferences

  1. To join the waitlist, you need to provide a valid email address.
  2. We may also ask if you'd like to share what you're interested in, such as robot brands, models, categories, or a price range, including anything you type in yourself. These questions are entirely optional, and you can skip them or join with just your email.
  3. We don't promise a specific launch date, that any particular robot will be available, or what the final pricing will be. Sharing your interests with us does not create an order, a reservation, or any obligation for you to buy anything, or for us to sell you anything.

Acceptable use

  1. When using the Service, you agree not to provide false information, send spam or unsolicited bulk sign-ups, attempt to disrupt or overload our forms or systems, or otherwise misuse the Service.
  2. We may remove or block access for anyone who violates these Terms.

Intellectual property

  1. The RobotList name, logo, site design, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Brand names and logos of third-party manufacturers shown on the Service are used only to identify and describe their products, and remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of warranties

  1. The Service is provided on an early-access, "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, while we build toward launch. We don't guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any preview content reflects the final product, pricing, or availability.

Limitation of liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RobotList is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes to the Service

  1. We're actively building RobotList, so features, previews, and these Terms may change as we get closer to launch. We'll post updates on the site and update the "Last updated" date above when we make changes.
